How the price works. Your price is frozen for as long as you stay on the same plan; a break of more than 30 days ends the freeze. Pay a year up front and you pay for ten months. There are no discounts — the published price is what everyone pays, and if it does not fit, take a smaller plan. The first ten founding customers pay half for twelve months in return for letting us name them publicly — there is no paying reference customer yet. A weekly timer restores a backup into a throwaway database and checks the data; two drills have been published, the last on 28 July 2026 across 16 databases, passed.
What the backups do and do not cover. Until 24 July 2026 the nightly backup covered the database only: attachments and uploaded documents were not included. The fix is now deployed, and the first backup containing documents is the run of the night of 24–25 July 2026. The retention target is 30 daily, 4 weekly, 6 monthly and 2 yearly copies, and it has a three-day gap — the copies for 21, 22 and 23 July 2026 are missing after a disk-full incident, and local point-in-time recovery covers only the period since 23 July 2026 at 15:03. Backups travel over TLS and are not encrypted at rest.

Places remaining, out of ten. The first ten customers pay 50% of the published price for twelve months in exchange for a named public reference: company name, trade, one quotation you approve, and a factual description of what was deployed. The reference right can be withdrawn at any time, in which case the discount ends at the next renewal rather than retrospectively. After twelve months the full published price applies and is then frozen. The offer is capped at ten in total.
