How we think about pricing

Our services are deliberately tiered against UK market rates:

• 70% of market for client-facing work — consulting, training, workshops
• 35% of market for internal operations — DevOps, system administration, QA
• 20% of market for software and content development

This reflects where we believe value actually lies for our clients, and where we have efficiency advantages as a focused specialist. It is not a discount — it is a business model.
