VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) on top of the above, where the Customer is supplied within the UK and the standard rate applies.

The Services are provided on a monthly rolling basis under the Master Services Agreement. Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' written notice (clause 13 of the Master Services Agreement). The first invoice covers the period from the Effective Date to the end of the next full calendar month; subsequent invoices cover one calendar month in advance.

Payments to Navigare Space Ltd:
Invoices will be sent monthly by email to the billing contact (or the primary contact if no separate billing contact is named). Invoices include the line items and applicable VAT.
The Customer acknowledges that, by selecting an industry package in § 3.1, the corresponding Industry Schedule (Schedule B of the Master Services Agreement) applies. In particular:

Any agreed deviations from the Master Services Agreement or the standard pricing, or other special terms, are set out below. In the absence of any entry in this section, the standard terms apply.
